Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Where and how we ship:
- U.S. Shipments, depending on the order size and shipping address, are shipped via USPS Media mail, Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, or UPS Ground. We will gladly ship to P.O Box, via USPS services.
- International Shipments, depending on the order size and shipping address, are sent via USPS, Purolator, or Royal Mail.
- eBooks - If you have purchased an eBook, a download link will be provided to you at the time of purchase on the order confirmation page. You have 7 days to download your eBook. You may also access the download link by signing into your the Fisher King Press online bookstore and clicking on the 'My Account' link.
- All unopened or new items may be returned to our warehouse postmarked no later than 10 days after delivery. Please return item(s) in the original packaging and with the packing slip (or copy). A 15% restocking fee will be charged. We cannot refund shipping. We recommend the use of tracking and insurance when returning an item(s). If you have received a damaged item, please contact us either by email or by phone and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
- eBooks purchase are non-returnable/non-refundable.
